TAVT was birthed out of a need and a burden for our children, families, and community to build stronger, healthier communities for the future of our youth together. We are gifted daily with the opportunity to pour into the future of children through transportation, one safe ride at a time. This is greater than a job, it’s a heart’s work of love.
Getting Started: Pricing & Policies
What to Expect
📌 Service Terms and Requirements

Minimum riders to begin a route: 12 students total

Minimum round-trip riders required: 10 of those students must be round-trip

Service type: Contract-based (not pay-per-ride)

Deposit: $50 per student (non-refundable)
🚐 Pricing Structure (Weekly) (For routes 18 miles or less one-way)

One-Way AM Service: $35+/week

Round Trip Service: $35+/week
✅ Our Commitment to Safety
- All vehicles are regularly maintained and undergo an annual DOT inspection.
- All staff and transport agents complete criminal and sex offender background checks at both the local and national levels.
- Drivers are required to pass a DOT physical to ensure fitness for duty.
- We’ve partnered with a high-tech platform to support GPS tracking, dash cam access, and route optimization—offering real-time visibility and peace of mind for families.
Helpful tips you can share with us:
- Preferred start time for morning pickup
- Any potential central pickup locations (e.g., Camp Creek area or designated school) or if door-to-door is requested.
- Estimated number of families interested in one-way vs. round-trip for group transport (takes 12 students to start a new route).
