OUR DRIVERS
Take A Village Transportation
Dependable service with a superior customer experience. We Drive to Help Families Redeem Time.

Amia Guild
Owner, Driver
Amia Guild, owner, has a heart for families and the community. Amia believes that she’s called to be a servant. It is due to this belief that she has mentored and taught youth, and fostered children in the community for over 20 years. Amia consistently volunteers in her church, local homeless shelters, and supports missionary work abroad. Her passion for the youth of our future drove Amia to leave over 25 years of corporate experience to start Takes A Village Transportation. As a mother she knows the importance of creating a work-life balance. In this, she believes that in every ride, with every passenger, she’s bridging the gap of hope for our local and global futures, one family member at a time.

Sonya Huff Brown
Driver
Ms. Sonya is no stranger to servicing families in the community. Ms. Sonya has over 20 years in working with youth in the community, childcare, and mentoring services. Ms. Sonya’s love extends beyond the doors of TAVT with her 501c3 organization providing meals and maintaining partnerships with local council and healthcare organizations to build stronger families. Her heart for community and family is shown through the service and safety she provides to our families daily.
