Amia Mize

Amia Mize

Owner, Driver

Amia Mize, owner, has a heart for families and the community. Amia believes that she’s called to be a servant. It is due to this belief that she has mentored and taught youth, and fostered children in the community for over 20 years. Amia consistently volunteers in her church, local homeless shelters, and supports missionary work abroad. Her passion for the youth of our future drove Amia to leave over 25 years of corporate experience to start Takes A Village Transportation. As a mother she knows the importance of creating a work-life balance. In this, she believes that in every ride, with every passenger, she’s bridging the gap of hope for our local and global futures, one family member at a time.
